Please Note: If you’re sending in a previously worn unit, make sure it is free of grease and product buildup. Wig styling does not include shampoo or deep conditioning services.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order – Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the shipping address to send your unit.

2. Send Your Wig – Ship your clean, ready-to-style unit to the provided address.

3. Processing Time – Styling takes 5 business days from the date we receive your package.

4. Additional Services – If you request lace replacement or custom coloring, please allow an additional 2 business days.

Important Notes

• We do not accept unsanitary, clumped, or severely matted wigs.

• The shipping and billing addresses must match.

• Due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final.

• All shipments are sent with signature confirmation for added security.

• Hair is not included. You must provide your own bundles and lace if applicable.
