Service For all services you have 72hrs for adjustment, if your style was not completely created to your desire, we allow 72hrs to make adjustments changes. Anything after 72hrs is voided.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item.

This review is honestly a long time coming! Firstly, the customer service Bisola provided was 10/10! She communicated with me the entire time and went above and beyond to ensure that the bundles I sent made it to the right address. She also called me multiple times to clarify exactly what I wanted on my unit. The process was super fast and I got my unit in record time. That entire process went smoothly! Now on to the unit...The fit and style were perfect! Though I didn't install it immediately when I received it, I ended up taking it to Nigeria with me. (The unit was glue less and perfect on it's own but I was just being extra and lazy) The stylist that installed it was completely impressed that everything was customized and they didn't really have to do much. He even gushed at the layers that Bisola added lol! I loved my unit and what stood out to me is that you can tell she loves what she does and that is why she will ALWAYS have me as a customer! Thanks girlie!

An excellent wig maker in the DMV area. Super knowledgeable and excellent customer service. When I arrived to get my custom wig installed for my event, I picked the wrong date, which would be the following Saturday. But, oh my, Ms. Abiola was kind and understanding. She was able to fit me into the busy Saturday schedule. She is kind, respectful, and polite, and she welcomed me into the salon with kind words that exuded understanding. My wig looks flawless; it was 100% worth the purchase, carefully installed, and she educated me on ways to care for my wig at home. I received tons of compliments; it was perfect for me; I wanted the custom wig to fit and look as natural as it could be, and that is exactly what I got. It was perfect for the shape of my head and face structure. I would surely be patronizing again and again. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to express the excellent services that Ms. Abiola provided on 10/22/2020.
