Refund & Return Policy

At EasyQueen Collection, all sales are FINAL.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or returns are accepted.

Exchanges (If Applicable Only)

Exchanges are only permitted in the event that EasyQueen Collection sends the incorrect item.All exchange requests are subject to inspection and must meet all of the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Bundles must not be unwrapped
• Wigs must not be worn, installed, cut, colored, styled, or altered
• Lace must remain intact and uncut
• No add-ons, customizations, or services are eligible for exchange

Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial within 72 hours.

Any item showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will be denied and returned to the sender.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
• Custom and service-based orders are non-cancellable once processing begins

Please ensure all order details, including your shipping address, are correct before completing checkout.

Unsuccessful Delivery, Lost, or Stolen Packages

EasyQueen Collection is not responsible for:

• Packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once transferred to the shipping carrier
• Carrier delays or delivery errors

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or delivered to the wrong address, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their shipping address before placing an order.
