Shipping

At EasyQueen Collection, processing time refers to the period between placing your order and receiving your tracking number. During this time, your order is carefully customized, quality-checked, and securely packaged to ensure it meets our luxury standards before shipping.

Processing Time

  • On-hand hair: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • Pre-order items: Please allow 7–14 business days for processing
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day at 8:00 AM EST
  • Processing times may vary during sales, promotions, or holidays
  • Expedited shipping does NOT reduce processing time

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be changed or canceled within 48 hours of purchase
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled
  • All custom wigs, hair products, and services are final sale
  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted once processing begins

Shipping Information

EasyQueen Collection is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for all additional shipping fees, duties, customs charges, and taxes
  • EasyQueen Collection is not responsible for customs delays or fees imposed by your country
  • Refused or unclaimed international packages will not be refunded

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
