Choosing your unit
What is the difference between a ready-to-ship wig and a custom wig?
A ready-to-ship wig is already made, styled, and available in the listed specifications. A custom wig is created to your selected options and submitted measurements, so it requires additional production time.
What does “glueless” mean?
A glueless wig is designed to fit securely without requiring adhesive for everyday wear. The final fit depends on accurate measurements, proper natural-hair preparation, and how the adjustable features are positioned.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the five measurements in the guide below and enter each number exactly as measured. Do not rely on a hat size or guess based on another wig. If your results seem unusual, measure again before ordering.
Can I choose the length, texture, color, or style?
Choose from the options shown on the product page. If the look you want is not listed, contact Easy Queen Collection before ordering to confirm whether the request can be accommodated and whether pricing or timing will change.
Ordering and timing
How long does a custom wig take?
Custom wig units have a 12–14 business-day turnaround, beginning once all required information, measurements, and materials are received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery time is additional.
When should I order for an event?
Order as early as possible. Allow time to submit every required detail and material, then count the full 12–14 business-day turnaround. Leave additional room for carrier transit, fitting, and any final styling before the event.

Wig services
Can I provide my own hair for a wig?
Yes. Choose the “You Provide the Hair” service if you already have the hair you want used. Review the service listing and contact Easy Queen Collection before booking if you are unsure whether your hair, lace, or bundles are suitable for the requested style.
Do you offer wig revamps?
Yes. A wig revamp can refresh a unit that needs attention. Review the current service listing for what is included and provide clear photos or details when requested so the condition of the wig can be assessed.
Do you offer wig installs?
Custom glueless installs are available through the booking page. Check current availability and follow the booking instructions shown for your appointment.
Care and wear
How should I care for my wig?
Handle the lace gently, detangle from the ends upward, and use products made for the hair type. Wash when there is visible buildup or the hair no longer moves freely, then allow the unit to dry completely before storing it.
How should I store my wig?
Place the wig on a stand or mannequin head in a clean, dry area. Keep it away from excessive heat, moisture, friction, and direct sunlight. Use a satin or silk bag when traveling.
Order support
How will I know when my order ships?
Use the shipping confirmation and carrier tracking details sent for your order. Carrier scans may take time to update after a label is created.
What if I need help before ordering?

How to measure your head for a custom wig
Your custom fit starts with accurate measurements. Use a soft measuring tape, prepare your natural hair the way it will be worn under the wig, and record each measurement in inches. Ask someone to help if possible.

Measure twice Take every measurement at least two times. If the numbers do not match, reposition the tape and measure again. Do not average two different results and do not round up or down. |
Before you begin
The five measurements
1. Circumference
Place the tape at the center of your front hairline. Guide it above one ear, around the back of the head at the nape, above the other ear, and back to the starting point. Keep the tape level all the way around.
2. Front to nape
Start at the center of your front hairline. Run the tape straight over the crown to the center of your nape hairline. Follow the shape of your head rather than lifting the tape away from it.
3. Ear to ear across the front hairline
Start at the hairline directly in front of one ear. Follow the natural front hairline across the forehead and stop at the matching point in front of the other ear. Do not measure over the ears.

Complete the five-measurement set
4. Ear to ear over the top
Place the tape at the top edge of one ear. Take it straight over the crown to the same point at the top edge of the other ear. Make sure the tape crosses the highest point of your head.
5. Temple to temple around the back
Start at one temple. Guide the tape around the back of your head, following the curve just above the nape area, and stop at the matching temple on the other side. Keep both ends at the same height.
