This service is for clients who already have hair and would like it turned into a custom unit or refreshed professionally. Please use this page to select the service that fits your needs and complete the customization form so your unit can be created exactly how you want it.

Bring Your Own Bundle services are completed in the order received. Once your hair is in our hands, production begins.

Turnaround Time

• 5–7 business days starting once your bundles are received
• The sooner we receive your hair, the sooner we can begin

Wig Revamp

This service is for wigs that need a refresh.

Includes:

• Deep cleansing
• Moisturizing treatment
• Styling of your choice

Wig Revamp + Lace Replacement

Best for wigs with worn or damaged lace.

Includes:

• Deep cleansing
• Moisturizing treatment
• Styling of your choice
• Removal of old lace
• New lace application and customization

Lace is not included. Please provide your own lace or purchase one from our website.

Wig Construction (Bring Your Own Bundles)

This service is for clients who want a brand-new unit created from their bundles.

Includes:

• Machine-constructed unit
• Custom fit based on your head measurements
• Lace customization
• Styling of your choice

Important: Bundles must be clean, organized, and free of glue. If glue is detected on the wefts, the service cannot be completed.

Wig Reconstruction

This service is for previously made wigs that need to be taken apart and rebuilt for a better fit or updated look.

Includes:

• Deconstruction of your existing unit
• Reconstruction using your measurements
• Lace customization
• Styling of your choice

Bundles must be clean, organized, and free of glue.

Drop-Off & Mail-In Information

You may mail in or drop off your hair after completing your purchase.

If adjustments are needed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so they can be handled at no additional cost.
